Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery date in their original condition with dust bags for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.

Exchanges
1. Email us at leveledshoebar@gmail.com ;include order number, name/style, and size of shoe. You must also include the name/style and size of shoe you are looking to exchange for.
2. Shoes MUST be packed in original packaging with dust bags.
3. After order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and product availability.
Store Credit

Shoe MUST be packed in original packaging with dust bags.

After order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with an E-Gift card with balance.

Processing Times

Orders places Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
