Return Policy
  •  Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery date in their original condition with dust bags for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.    

  • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL RETURNS 

  •  All items purchased using a promo code or that are on sale are FINAL SALE 

Exchanges

1. Email us at leveledshoebar@gmail.com ;include order number, name/style, and size of shoe. You must also include the name/style and size of shoe you are looking to exchange for. 

2. Shoes MUST be packed in original packaging with dust bags. 

3. After order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and product availability. 

Store Credit
  1. Email us at leveledshoebar@gmail.com ;include order number, name/style of shoe and size of shoe you are requesting store credit for.

  2. Shoe MUST be packed in original packaging with dust bags. 

  3. After order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with an E-Gift card with balance. 

  4. E-Gift cards do NOT expire. 

Shipping Methods
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States

  • Standard Delivery 2-9 working days 

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items after they have been shipped. 

Local Pick-Up
  • Pick-up is available to those who are in the Metro-Detroit area 

  • All orders must be placed online; once you are at checkout use promo code in the discount section 

  • You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on picking up your item(s). 

Processing Times
  • Orders places Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days 

  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
